Indus Valley Civilization Maps

The Indus Valley Civilization,

also known as the Harappan Civilization, was an ancient civilization that flourished around 2600 to 1900 BCE in what is now modern-day Pakistan and northwest India. The civilization was spread across a vast region, primarily along the basins of the Indus River and its tributaries.
The major sites of the Indus Valley Civilization included Harappa, Mohenjo-Daro, Chanhu-daro, Dholayira, and Kalibangan, among others. These sites were located in present-day Pakistan (in the provinces of Punjab and Sindh) as well as parts of northwestern India (in the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan).
